A VO2 Peak Metabolic Profile will:

-Measure your fitness level

-Determine anaerobic or lactate threshold

-Determine how many kcal you can burn in comfortable exercise
 

-Give you 6 personal heart rate zones for training

-Estimate Resting Energy Expenditure

-Assess body composition

-Provide you with an 8 week training program based upon your goals and needs

-The test reflects your fitness level, so for recreational exercisers, the test is relatively easy, where for professional athletes the test is relatively difficult!

-This test can occur on a treadmill or bicycle ergometer.
